Password reset: Not receiving email

We've had reports that upon requesting a password reset some users are not receiving the email needed to continue.

Emails can take up to 6 hours to come through at peak times - Please be pacient where possible

Solution

There's two things we would advise to do provided you've waited over 6 hours already -

Re-request the password reset.
